Alberto Miranda, Bass guitar-synths, keyboards and low end manipulation


Cuban born Alberto Miranda started on the classic guitar at the age of 10 in Adolfo Guzman Conservatory, Miranda switched to electric bass at 15 and then to musical composition in Superior Institute of Arts in Havana, Cuba.

Miranda’s versatility as an instrumentalist and composer reflect a technical and generic multiplicity simultaneously. His style goes from the sweetness of a soft melody while alternating to complicated technicalities. Alberto has been highlighted for the treatment of harmony in his bass compositions and small formats as well as developing a descriptive music into his jazz style. 

in 2011 he moved to US where he is been working as a sideman for wide range of artists and styles.

As leader he created Evoluxion which is the result of and euphemism for an extended period of experiments and interactions with social, political and economical experiences. It’s also a musical picture of the result of the multicultural mixture that Cuba has been subjected to since its birth.


Kali Rodriguez-Peña, trumpet, flugelhorn, keys & synths


Kali Rodriguez-Peña, cuban born, is a thrilling young trumpeter, composer and arranger. One of the leading voices of a young generation of talented Cuban musicians. With the ambition of developing his creative spirit, Kali conquered the New York scene in 2014 by blending traditional Cuban sounds with influences from Miles Davis, Freddie Hubbard, and Wayne Shorter, as well as R&B and Hip-Hop, which makes him stand out due to his unique spark in his aesthetic views, his variety of sounds and originality.


Keisel Jimenez, drums & percussion


Also cuban born, Keisel is one of the most in-demand percussionists at the moment.

Amidst all his performances, Jiménez has been also a well sought after, and successful, session musician. To name some of the many bands, Jiménez performed with Alexander Abreu y su Havana d’Primera, Orlando Valle Maraca, El Niño y la verdad and many others. Since 2015 Keisel has been living in New York. His goal there being to broaden his musical perspectives and implement his experience, knowledge, and perspective into his surroundings being part of a infinity of musical projects.
